I had mixed reviews. Granted the third critic ate it re-heated and is extremely picky.
4 pieces boneless chicken
1/2 C peanut butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/2 C milk
1/2 C flour
1/2 C butter melted
Cracker Crumbs (Ritz)
Step 1. Rinse chicken and then stick in a baggie with the flour to coat.
Step 2. Mix peanut butter, egg, salt and red pepper then blend in milk.
Step 3. Dip chicken in the mixture and place on a lightly coated plate. (I used a quick spray of PAM)
Step 4. Drizzle on butter, add crumbs
350 degree oven for an hour
I had pre made half a box of pasta. I then added half of a large tomato in chunks after it had chilled in the fridge.
Zuchini cut in thin quarter inch circles
Bake at 350 for 30 mins
