Maple Salmon


1/4 cup Blueberries (chop in a magic bullet into a sauce, freeze while cooking the salmon)
Salmon slice
Maple Syrup
Honey
Simmer the salmon in Maple Syrup and drizzle the honey over the pan seared fish. Once the bottom is light pink flip the fish over, add more maple syrup then add the Honey drizzle on the underside. After a few more minutes flip to the other side and add more flavoring if desired/if the maple syrup is starting to crystalize/brown.
Server piping hot with blueberries sauce drizzled over it.
