Chai Latte Muffins


**Gluten-Free** Red Mill Flour
2/3 cup All purpose flour
1/3 cup coconut fiber flour
1/2 cup vanilla cake mix
1 teaspoon vanila
2 chai tea bags opened
2 cup heavy cream (shaken to whipped consistency)
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup canola oil
dash of cinnamon, sprinkle of ginger, dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
Makes 12 - 350 heat - 22 mins
The Glaze: touch of sweetness
Cup of Powdered sugar
dash of cinnamon
drop of vanilla
1/8 cup fat free milk
