My First Wedding

My cousin Allison's wedding was the perfect outdoor wedding. Complete with my cousin Randi's adorable cake topper's!

All the younger cousins had fun playing in the grass fields. They really delighted over being able to feed the neighbor's horse!

Such a boss wedding. Couldn't have expected anything less from my accomplished cousin.

Chovocado Pudding

Chocoadvocado Pudding

I love the blog “ForgivingMartha” and ran across a bizarre recipe including some of my favorite ingredients. **Chocolate** & **Advocado** combined to make a pudding! Weird mix right? However, it looked so appealing featured on her blog (as seen below) I had to give it a try!

 Chovocado Pudding
vegan, gluten-free
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup raw agave nectar
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Peel and quarter a ripe avocado.
  2. Put all the ingredients in your beloved Magic Bullet (or a blender/hand mixer) and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
“*This recipe is perfect for two servings.  Or perfect for one person with their feet propped up on the couch watching Nip Tuck re-runs.”
This recipe was surprisingly delish, but I’ll need to muck around with the ingredients to get the perfect chocolate taste. (It was a bit too chocolate rich tasting for me!) This recipe is so healthy, fun, & simple.. I will not mind the challenge at all. :)

Rosemary-Lemon Chicken

First let me say … YUM
Chicken strips (8)
Teaspoon of Rosemary
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Salt
Juice of 2 Lemon
Olive Oil
I used Gustare’s Blood Orange infused olive oil which added such incredible flavor and really helped the chicken keep moisture throughout cook time. I usually like to let the chicken sit in the liquid mixture for an hour or so before, but this time I prepped it before I left for class and let it sit in the refrigerator all through class.  I then took out the skillet and cooked it, tossing it every so often until it was a nice golden brown. I cooked it with the lemon and in a bit more of the olive oil so the chicken did not stick to the pan on med/high heat.
Super Quick Meal
Really Simple Preparation
Do you even need the r eminder that I said YUM?
